📌 General Competition Terms and Conditions – Plikt Golf

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions organized by Plikt Golf Sweden AB 559451-1890. By participating in our competitions, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following competition terms and conditions.

🧍 Who Can Participate

To participate, you must be resident in Sweden.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to participate and receive any prize.
Your social media account must be a real and active account, participation via fake profiles, bot accounts, or recently created accounts may be disqualified.
Employees of Plikt Golf and their immediate family members may not participate.

📝 Participation & Competition Rules

Each competition has specific instructions provided in the competition post on our official channels.
To participate correctly, all steps specified in the competition post must be followed.
Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered valid.
Plikt Golf reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of being manipulated or violating the platforms' guidelines.

🎯 Winners & Prizes

Winners will be selected using the method specified in the respective competition post (e.g., random draw or jury selection).
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Any applicable prize tax will be paid by the winner.
Plikt Golf is not responsible for technical issues or incorrectly provided contact details that affect participation or prize distribution.

Unfortunately, fake accounts attempting to contact participants do occur in connection with our competitions.

📅 Competition Periods & Changes

Each competition has a specified start and end time. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
Plikt Golf reserves the right to change competition terms and conditions at any time, cancel a competition, or disqualify entries that violate the rules.

📌 Liability & Applicable Law

The competitions are not sponsored, administered, or otherwise associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other platforms where the competition is conducted.
Plikt Golf is not responsible for technical issues, incorrect social media functionality, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Swedish law applies to all competitions organized by Plikt Golf.
